Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions to potential customers, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and the competitive landscape
- Generate new leads and opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to address potential customer needs and pain points
- Close sales deals and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients, building long-term relationships for retention and renewals
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify customer needs and trends, and provide feedback for product and service enhancements
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate new business opportunities
- Assist the Customer Success Management team in ensuring a smooth transition from sales pipeline to onboarding and operations
- Keep accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions using our CRM system
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce or Hubspot preferred
- Willingness to travel as needed

Compensation
- Base Salary: Based on experience, starting at $75,000/yr
- Sales Commission: Based on contracted annual revenue, starting at 10% and increasing with quota attainment
