Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions to potential customers, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and the competitive landscape
  • Generate new leads and opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to address potential customer needs and pain points
  • Close sales deals and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients, building long-term relationships for retention and renewals
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify customer needs and trends, and provide feedback for product and service enhancements
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate new business opportunities
  • Assist the Customer Outcome Management team in ensuring a smooth transition from sales pipeline to onboarding and operations
  • Keep accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions using our CRM system

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce or Hubspot preferred
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $75,000/yr
  • Sales Commission: 10% of revenue from closed customers (paid monthly based on collected revenue from the prior month)
