This is Sean Devine, founder and CEO of XBE, and I am delighted to share with you the outcomes of our Spring 2023 Jugaad. In case you're not familiar, "Jugaad" is a Hindi word that captures the spirit of flexible problem-solving with limited resources through innovation. Since our first Jugaad in 2022, we've held this internal team-based competition, where our talented teams work together to build popular feature releases in a single day.

On May 17th, 2023, our teams dedicated their day to focusing on AI innovation, working tirelessly from sunrise in India to sunset in the USA. In addition to the groundbreaking features developed, this Jugaad was also filled with creative expressions, including art, poems, videos, and friendly trash talk, making it an incredibly fun and engaging experience for everyone involved.

Here is a concise overview of the features built by our fantastic teams during the Spring 2023 Jugaad:

Team 1: Cobra AI – Automated Time Card Reviewer – Kathy

• Team Members: Sean Devine and Sabir Shaikh.
• Inspired by Kathy Cole from Superior Bowen.
• Streamlines time card approval audit management with automation.

Team 2: Guardians of AI Galaxy – Advanced Rate Agreement Clone & Edit

• Team Members: Anish Gadekar and Juliana Thayil.
• Enhances flexibility and efficiency in cloning and modifying rate agreements.

Team 3: Chamatkaaris (Magicians) – Quick Menu 2.0

• Team Members: Souvik Mandal, Cinatra Alvares, and Milind Alvares.
• Introduces a streamlined, faster, and more intuitive user interface.

Team 4: Vanguard Vipers – TaskVanguard – Task Management Solution

• Team Members: Shirish Parsekar, Hassan Shaikh, and Matt Lerner.
• Offers an advanced and user-friendly interface for managing complex tasks.

Team 5: Manga-ficient Duo – Bulk Attribute Setter

• Team Members: Ravi Siddharth and Pankaj Kataria.
• Simplifies updating multiple Job Production Plans by setting attributes simultaneously.

Team 6: Push Paramparas – Push Notifications

• Team Members: Colenso Castellino and Benjamin Fleischer.
• Efficiently introduces push notifications in the XBE mobile apps.
