I'm still feeling the tropical vibes from our recent Monsoon Retreat, a three-day immersive experience in Goa, India, where most of XBE's product development team gathered. The experience was a magical blur, and I'm excited to share some takeaways from this gathering.

For those that don't know, XBE is made up of team members in the US and India. Over the last 7 years, our Indian team has grown to over a dozen talented professionals. This retreat was an opportunity to bring together this diverse crew in a shared place and time.

Our Monsoon Retreat was centered on "three Ps" - Personal Development, Product Evolution, and Peer Connections. Team members charted personal growth goals; we strategized to boost our product's resilience and functionality, and we enhanced bonds through shared experiences. The impact? An invigorated team, a superior platform, and continued commitment to customer success.

It wasn't all business… We opened the event with our inaugural "Film Feast." Our very own stars delivered some fantastic videos that made everyone laugh and smile. Check out a recap, and a few individual submissions below. My video was inspired by hours of Indian TV news seen in the Delhi airport, Milind Alvares set the tone, and Pankaj Kataria was the winner with a film that was incredibly on the nose. It was an eyeful!

I highly encourage customers to connect with our India team when possible. Building these personal relationships not only facilitates better support but also leads to enhancements and innovations.
