TDOT Adds XBE as Qualified E-Ticketing Software Product
XBE passes Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) review after demonstrating capabilities to meet all aspects of its Special Provision 109ETAS

NASHVILLE, TN, March 26, 2021 -- XBE, the science and technology competitive advantage of horizontal construction leaders, was named as a Qualified E-Ticketing Software Product by the TDOT E-Ticketing Committee after meeting all automated delivery requirements stipulated in its Special Provision 109ETAS.

This recognition comes a year after XBE added E-Ticketing features for all customers in March 2020. While first developed for cost reduction and convenience purposes, E-Ticketing was quickly leveraged to reduce the physical proximity of drivers, crews, and inspectors to help stop the spread of COVID-19. XBE has worked with many customers and owners throughout the year to ensure that their specific requirements are met by the XBE platform.

“E-Ticketing is a feature that XBE has taken very seriously," said Sean Devine, Founder & CEO of XBE. "We were initially focused on improving the collaboration between our customers and their project owners. But, in the early days of the pandemic, it became clear that the technology could be leveraged to benefit the health of the community as well. Thankfully, the danger from COVID-19 will be in the past soon, and it's exciting to see states like Tennessee embrace E-Ticketing permanently.”

XBE does not sell a separate E-Ticketing product, but includes all E-Ticketing features in the core platform used by all of its software customers. To learn more, schedule an intro at www.x-b-e.com/schedule-intro.
