XBE Enters Missouri and Oklahoma Asphalt Liquid Anti-Strip and Warm-Mix Markets
Following MoDOT and ODOT approval, XBE additives become available for immediate use for contractors.

KANSAS CITY, MO, March 10, 2021 -- XBE announced the introduction of its anti-strip and warm-mix product Fastac® and release agent Notac® into the Missouri and Oklahoma markets following DOT approvals.

Fastac®, part of XBE’s green chemistry line, is a well-designed liquid anti-strip agent (LASA) that provides superior adhesive performance and is unmatched by peers in health and safety. In addition to the benefits of compatibility and environmental-friendliness, Fastac® is non-toxic and odor-free — no bad smells or tank corrosion. Fastac® can double up as a warm-mix additive (WMA) which can eliminate the need to inventory multiple products, leading to cost savings and increased convenience.

Proven to perform with all asphalt mix designs, Notac®, another green chemistry product, is used primarily as a truck bed and tool release agent. With no environmental effects, variable dosage rates, and a high flash point, Notac® is a highly effective release agent, safe and easy to use for multiple applications.

XBE also offers PG Mod® (basic rejuvenator), RASpave® (mid range rejuvenator for basic performance requirements), RAPpave® (top end rejuvenator for high recycle mixes and performance testing sensitivity), REpave® (cold patch additive) and Nutopp® (surface rejuvenator overspray for pavements or roofs) — all shipped directly from our facility in totes or bulk.

“We are excited to enter the Missouri and Oklahoma markets with our asphalt additive solutions. The XBE software platform is used by multiple leading paving contractors in each state, and with these approvals we've expanded the ways in which we create competitive advantage for our customers.,” said Sean Devine, XBE's Founder and CEO.
