XBE Names Nick Campion as CTO
XBE, the leading business operations software company for heavy materials, logistics and construction, has appointed a new member to its executive tea
LOCATION, August 27, 2025 -- XBE, the leading business operations software company for heavy materials, logistics and construction, welcomes a new member to its executive team. Nick Campion will serve as the Chief Technology Officer. With the addition of Nick and the role of CTO, XBE is combining all product management and development into a single Research & Development organization.
“I'm excited to join XBE and lead an R&D team using AI and data to move at the speed of modern logistics,” Nick says. Nick joins XBE from Digital Fleet, where as CTO he led the strategy for its global SaaS platform. Before that, he was a technology and product leader for the IBM Watson AIOps platform, focusing on AI/ML product strategy and execution. Nick has a proven track record of scaling technology organizations, having served as VP of Product at Naviga and as a distinguished engineer at DoApp, Inc. He also dedicated eight years to public service as a City Council Member in Rochester, Minnesota.
