KANSAS CITY, MO, January 4, 2023 -- XBE is kicking off 2023 with the addition of Jared Nix to the newly-formed role of Chief Operating Officer.

Adding this role is the latest step in a coordinated plan to increase the scalability of the business. The responsibilities of the Chief Operating Officer include customer training, implementation strategy, change management, integration coordination, process control, and technical support.

Nix was most recently an Area Construction Manager at Rogers Group, the largest privately-owned construction aggregate company in the United States. In that role, he oversaw construction projects from start to finish including asphalt manufacturing, asphalt construction, construction management, equipment management, and logistics. In addition, Nix has extensive experience in asphalt quality management - both at an Area Manager role and as the Corporate Director, serving as the technical liaison to DOTs, external customers, and internal stakeholders.
