Horizon 2026
Create Knowledge Together
The gathering for leaders across heavy materials, logistics, and construction who are determined to succeed in the era of agentic workforces.
Register before May 31, 2026 while Horizon remains exclusive to XBE customers.
What Horizon Is
Horizon is where the leaders in the XBE community gather to shape the future of heavy materials, logistics, and construction.
Leaders across the industry come together to exchange ideas, challenge assumptions, and work through the operational changes being driven by agentic systems and intelligent automation.
Across our industry, a new model of operations is emerging — one where agentic workforces begin to redefine how organizations plan, decide, and execute. The XBE community is ahead of the curve and together we will continue to get better, forever.
No single company will solve this transition alone.
Horizon exists so the XBE community can create knowledge together.
Over three days, leaders from across the network gather to:
- share real operational lessons
- exchange emerging best practices
- explore how to leverage agentic workforces
- influence the next chapter of XBE
This is not a traditional conference.
It is a working forum for leaders who intend to build the next operating model of our industry.

Look Back At The Last Horizon
Horizon has already been the defining gathering for leaders across our industry.

Succeeding In An Agentic Future
XBE recently introduced Agent XBE - the outcome-driven superworkforce built on the XBE System of Action. Early customers are already seeing how agentic systems expand operational capacity and reshape how work gets done.
As this shift unfolds, we’re launching the Agent XBE Collective - an exclusive group of leaders in the XBE community working together to define how agentic operations will shape our industry.
The Collective begins now, continues through Horizon, and carries forward afterward as we share early lessons, emerging operational models, and real-world experiences from organizations moving first.

A Framework For Navigating Rapid Change
The Dionysus Program
Sean Devine’s The Dionysus Program explores how organizations can adapt as knowledge begins to change faster than institutions can absorb it.
It introduces the idea of epimetabolic rate — the speed at which a team can convert error and new information into stronger structure without burning trust.
A PDF version of the book is available below.
All Horizon registrants will also receive a physical copy mailed ahead of the event.
Sean also encourages readers to experiment with the material by pasting sections into tools like ChatGPT or other AI systems to explore and interact with the ideas in new ways.
Registration
Horizon is currently reserved for XBE customers.
Attendance Policy
Customer seats are guaranteed through May 31, 2026.
