Agent XBE's Gaining Ground

See What's Happening Inside the Agent XBE Community across heavy materials, logistics, and construction

April 13 - April 27, 2026

Every two weeks, we share what's actually happening inside the Agent XBE community -- the outcomes, the workflows, and the patterns emerging across heavy materials, logistics, and construction operations. Not theory. Not roadmap. What people are doing right now.

Here's what the last two weeks looked like.

What the Community Built This Week

Across 27 organizations and nearly 4,000 sessions this past two weeks, here's what stood out.

A general manager now catches billing gaps before they compound

Agent XBE scans every active job each morning for missing time cards and unsigned broker trucks. This week it flagged over 200 missing cards across 25 jobs -- each one a potential revenue leak caught before end-of-week reconciliation. No spreadsheet. No manual audit. Just a daily scan that surfaces what needs attention before it costs money.

184 plans built, approved, and dispatched overnight

A ready-mix operations team has next-day plan creation running every evening. Agent XBE duplicates, categorizes, approves, and places plans onto lineups while the team is offline. The morning crew walks into a finished lineup -- zero manual steps, zero errors.

Hourly safety monitoring that never sleeps

An operations manager set up Agent XBE to check for new safety incidents every hour around the clock. When one fires, he and his counterpart get an instant text. Hundreds of checks this week with no manual upkeep. The kind of persistent monitoring that's impractical to staff but straightforward to automate.

A safety flyer in crews' hands the same day as a fatal incident

After a backing incident involving a local contractor, a field supervisor used Agent XBE to create a branded one-page safety flyer on dump truck unloading procedures -- company logo, brand colors, field-ready protocols. Distributed the same day. From incident to action in hours, not a week of revisions.

What Shipped Since Our Last Edition

Request access directly from inside XBE

Anyone signed into XBE can now open the Agent XBE bubble and request access -- even if they don't have a session yet. No email chains, no helpdesk tickets. The request gets routed to the right team automatically.

An API for external systems

Other tools in your stack can now create Agent XBE sessions, send prompts, and pull results programmatically. If you've been thinking about connecting Agent XBE to an internal workflow or a system that already runs on a schedule, this is the hook.

Google Workspace integration is open to everyone

Previously admin-only. Now any user can connect their own Google account and start working with calendars, email, and Sheets directly in their sessions.

Light, dark, and system themes

You can now switch between light, dark, and system themes in the Agent XBE client. System follows your OS preference. Dark remains the default.

Rollbar integration

Agent XBE can now connect to your Rollbar account and work with error tracking data directly in your sessions -- query projects, items, and occurrences without leaving the conversation.
