Horizon 2026 — Come Early, Stay Late

Horizon 2026 — Come Early, Stay Late

Horizon Live is XBE's in-person conference — three days of working sessions, workshops, and peer-led panels where the people running heavy operations come together to solve real problems in real time. Not presentations about the future. The work itself.

This year, Horizon lands at Shack15 in San Francisco, September 28--30. The focus is on what it means to operate alongside agentic workforces — systems that don't just report on your work but carry it. If you haven't heard about it yet, you should.

Spots are limited, and we want our community in the room.

But this year, Horizon starts before Horizon.

CEO of XBE, Sean Devine, will be leading a weekend tour before the conference — Saturday and Sunday, September 26--27 — exploring San Francisco with anyone who wants to come along. Partners are welcome. The XBE team will be there. No set schedule, no obligations, come and go as you please.

Saturday — East Side

  • Ferry ride from San Francisco to Sausalito — tour and lunch
  • Chinatown food tour
  • Marina night out

Sunday — West Side

  • Morning service at St. Ignatius Catholic Church
  • Golden Gate Park tour — Botanical Garden and Japanese Garden
  • Lands End hike to the Golden Gate Bridge
  • Ocean Beach fire pit party

Monday evening is the welcome reception. Tuesday, the real work begins. But the best conversations at these things tend to start before the first session — and the weekend is where that happens.

If you've been meaning to register, or if you have team members who should be in the room, now is the time.
