We Didn't Book a Ballroom for Horizon 2026

San Francisco wasn't picked just for the scenery. It's where the actual conversation about agentic workforces is happening right now, in board rooms, product launches, and the headlines breaking every week. If you want to talk about what it takes to succeed in an agentic era, this is the city having that conversation in real time, not from the sidelines.

You'll probably ride through the city in a Waymo, no driver, just you and the streets. Look out the window and you'll see billboards for AI agents on every block, most of them for products that didn't exist a year ago. This isn't a city talking about the future. It's a city already testing it in public, on street corners, or in the tools rolling out around it. That's exactly the backdrop for a few days spent figuring out what it actually takes to succeed in an agentic era, not in theory, but in a place already living it.

That's the setting. But the room itself matters too.

Horizon is at Shack15, inside San Francisco's Ferry Building, a building that has stood on that waterfront since 1898. Exposed brick ceilings that go up two stories, the bay right outside the window with boats sailing past while you're mid conversation. Take a look at the space here. It's built for community, the kind where people sit close, talk straight, and get something done together, and that's exactly what Horizon is.

We didn't pick this venue because it photographs well. We picked it because the room itself changes how people show up. Put four hundred operators in a ballroom and you'll get a conference that feels like all of the others. Put them here and you get people motivated to solve problems together.

Come a couple days early and explore the city with us

CEO Sean Devine and the XBE team are flying into San Francisco the weekend before, September 26 and 27, to explore the city with anyone who wants to tag along. So if you'd rather land early and get your bearings instead of sprinting off a plane and diving right into the first event, come find them. Here's what's planned for the weekend.
